Payment Information

We accept most insurance and are happy to submit insurance claims on your behalf.  We will gladly submit pre-approval requests to your insurance carrier and provide you with an estimate of your out-of-pocket responsibility.  Please contact a member of our dental team with individual insurance policy concerns.

All of our doctors are Participating Providers with Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Concordia, and Child Health Plus.  Both Dr. Zak and Dr. Yurovskiy participate with MetLife at this time.

We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and CareCredit.

Because our patients' health is so important to us, we proudly offer CareCredit, a health financing account designed to pay for dental services that are not covered by insurance. Most CareCredit transactions offer the following benefits:

  • No interest or Low interest payment plans are available
  • Pay for treatment over 6 or 12 months with NO INTEREST
  • Low minimum monthly payments extended 24 to 36 months with low interest.
